Our 4 Coaching Tracks
I find many Scriptures to be both challenging and difficult. Two Bible passages in particular that fit this bill are: “I can do all things through Christ that gives me strength” and “I’ve come to give you life to the full”
Too many of us read these verses and find their life incredibly wanting, not at all full or victorious, yet here these passages are.
Many ask:
• Am I missing something?
• Do I have the wrong definitions of success?
• Or Fulfillment?
• What have I not learned?
• Where do I need to grow?
I believe these questions are misplaced – a deeper dive into “Who Jesus was… a builder not a simple carpenter…” is found in a well-intentioned (see the translations of John Wycliffe) but mis-translated Greek Word “tekton” in the New Testament, which is more aptly translated as “builder” (as in the parable of the Wise and foolish “builder” and on this rock I will tekton (build) my church.
All of us, built in the image of God, whether we profess Christ or not, want to “build” something good with our lives.
Whether it is a great marriage, build into our kids, a great business, ministry, into our community, you get the drill.

KENYA
We launched a transformative cohort in Kenya focused on developing marketplace leaders. We're guiding participants through a powerful combination of two frameworks: the year-long Next Level Leader course and the biblically-rooted Prioritized Life / Leader material, which has impacted thousands globally. Leaders meet twice a month, completing assignments between sessions, with plans for an in-country certification intensive within six months. Together, we’re building personal maturity, leadership skill, organizational acumen, and a multipliable process for discipling others with clarity and conviction.
