For much of my life, I lived in default mode—driven by expectations, routines, and old patterns that shaped my decisions. But everything changed when I realized that I wasn’t called to live passively; I was called to live with intention.
Over the years, I’ve discovered that true freedom comes from engaging with my personal story, understanding my identity, and aligning my life with a higher purpose.
This calling led me to ministry, coaching, and leadership development, where I now work full-time with executive leaders, corporate teams, and high net worth families. My mission? Helping others step out of default living and into the fullness of their potential.

A corporate journey with a higher calling
My journey began at Iowa State University, where I pursued degrees in International Business, Agricultural Business, and Spanish. This foundation led me to strategic roles at Motorola in Glasgow, Scotland, and Lilly in Indianapolis.
These roles honed my marketing and leadership skills, bringing significant success on paper. However, despite these professional achievements, I felt the pull towards a deeper calling—one that aligned more closely with my values and passions.
Taking a leap of faith
Driven by this calling, I made the significant transition from corporate life to ministry. This was a life-altering decision met with more than a few raised eyebrows from colleagues and peers. Nonetheless, I decided to put my trust in God’s plan for me.
My ministry journey began at East 91st Street Christian Church in Indianapolis, where I served as the Adult Discipleship Pastor, guiding individuals on their spiritual and leadership journeys. Eventually, I pursued advanced degrees in Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and Biblical Studies from Asbury Seminary, equipping myself to lead with both purpose and integrity.
Most recently, I served as the Pastor of Discipleship, Leadership and Outreach Ministries at Southland Christian Church in Lexington, Kentucky.
From default to significance
Today, I spend my time coaching, consulting, and speaking to leaders, businesses, and high-capacity families who are ready to step into their calling.
Whether I’m delivering a keynote, leading an intensive, or working one-on-one with teams, my goal is always the same: to empower others to live intentionally, lead boldly, and build legacies that matter—with faith at the center of it all.
